Accommodation Description
Newly refurbished – An area of 800 sq.m surrounds the very beautiful villa, a short walk from Agios Nikitas village with absolute privacy. The lush private garden is dotted with big trees and plants so you can enjoy your lunch or breakfast in the open space, with shade or sunshine. In the back garden, under the trees, there is a private swimming pool to enjoy, with sunbeds and chairs which offers you total relaxation and privacy.
A minutes stroll and you can find the very beautiful beach of Agios Nikitas with mini markets, bakery and a splendid selections of taverna’s and bars. Here you will also find access to the exclusive Milos Beach, via a footpath or boat in the summer season.
A further five minutes drive to the north or south will take you to some much larger beaches where the sea and the swimming is superb.
This beautiful villa compliments an open plan living, dining, kitchen area with full cooking facilities, fitted oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and all kitchen utensils. Also included is a washing machine, satellite TV, Wifi and full reverse cycle air conditioning.
Both bedrooms sleep 2/3 people. The first in a stylish double four poster bed, and the second with twin single beds. Both are en-suite. Above each room there is a single bed situated on a mezzanine level. Ideal of children.
The villa is furnished to the highest standard with antique style modern furniture, a large corner sofa and many additional features. All the rooms are generous size and all have air-conditioning. The wooden windows have traditional shutters and lace nets to accompany them. There is also an additional downstairs shower/ washroom, all are fitted with marble floors and tiled with quality fittings.
Outside:
The outside area has its own private pool with spacious area for sunbathing, outside shower, table and chairs for outside dining and gas BBQ. On an afternoon you can enjoy your meal in the privacy of your own garden. At the bottom of the garden you will find a gate that leads you to a cobble pathway, which will take you to the heart of the village.
